مستخلص:شملت منتجات التعديل الوراثي مناحي عدة في الحياة من الجانب الصحي و الجانب الغذائي، حيث أبهرت تقنياتها العالم الحديث لما لها فائدة على حياة الإنسان ، فتم تسخير الطبيعة و التنوع البيولوجي الذي تزخر به في صناعة منتجات ذو جودة و ذو فائدة عملية على شاكلة الأدوية البيولوجية ، والأغذية المتنوعة و في غير مواسم إنتاجها، مع ذلك يرى العارفين في الشأن العام أن هذه المنتجات لها آثار بالغة على صحة المستهلك، و تعتبر غير آمنة سواء على البيئة و الصحة العامة ، ولكن في مقابل ذلك تعد هذه المنتجات حقوق فكرية لمبتكريها تتمتع بالحماية القانونية الدولية.

Genetic modification products included several aspects of life from the health side and the nutritional side, as its techniques dazzled the modern world because of their benefit on human life, so nature and the biological diversity that abounds in it were harnessed to manufacture quality and practical products such as biological medicines, Miscellaneous foodstuffs and outside the seasons of their production, however, those familiar with public affairs see that these products have severe effects on the health of the consumer, and are considered unsafe for both the environment and public health, but in return these products are considered intellectual rights of their creators that enjoy legal protection International.
