يشهد الواقع الدولي في ظل العمل على تكريس حق الأنسان في الغذاء الكافي تسابق المصنعين لتوفير وإتاحة الغذاء تجاوبا والتزايد المطرد لسكان العالم من دون الاكتراث للمعايير الصحية لسلامة الغذاء ، أين تظافرت الجهود الدولية لغرض وضع معايير دولية لضمان سلامة الأغذية من الأمراض المؤثرة على الغذاء الصحي وفقا لمواصفات أدرجتها مؤسسات دولية مختصة في كل من نظام الهاسب والكودكس الخاصة بصحة وسلامة المنتوج الغذائي المصنع .

The international reality is witnessing, in light of the work to consecrate the human right to adequate food, the competition of manufacturers to provide and make food available in response to the steady increase of the world’s population without regard to health standards for food safety, where international efforts have joined forces for the purpose of setting international standards to ensure food safety from diseases affecting healthy food according to specifications It has been included by specialized international institutions, both the HACCP system and the Codex system for the health and safety of the manufactured food product.
