مستخلص:تتناول هذه المداخلة الموجزة ثلاث نقاط محورية، تركز الأولى على التأصيل القانوني للحق في الغذاء، أما الثانية فتتناول مفهوم الحق في الغذاء المستدام، فحين تطرح النقطة الثالثة أهم الإشكاليات التي تواجه انفاذ هذا الحق.

This brief intervention deals with three pivotal points, the first defines the legal basis of the right to food, and the second deals with the concept of the right to sustainable food, the third point raises the most important problems to which the implementation of this right is faced.
