مستخلص:
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مداخل تحسين الأداء البيئي للصناعة الغذائية، باعتبارها من أهم الأنشطة الاقتصادية عالميا لمساهمتها في الأمن الغذائي من جهة، واعتبارها محركا أساسيا لاقتصاديات العديد من الدول لما حققته وتحققه من نمو اقتصادي. إلاّ أنها بالمقابل ساهمت في التدهور البيئي والذي أصبح يهدّد صحة الإنسان والبيئة.
توصلت الدراسة إلى أنّ توظيف العلم والتكنولوجيا، اعتماد التشاركية، تفعيل دور الحوافز الاقتصادية، تعزيز التوجهات الحديثة في الاقتصاد من خلال تبني الاقتصاد الدائري والاقتصاد الأخضر، المسؤولية الاجتماعية والأخلاقية للمؤسسات، هي من المداخل الأساسية التي يمكن المواصلة على العمل عليها لتحسين الأداء البيئي لمؤسسات الصناعة الغذائية.

Abstract:
This study aims to identify the entrances to improving the environmental performance of the food industry, as one of the most important economic activities in the world for its contribution to food security on the one hand, and to consider it as an essential engine for the economies of many countries for their economic growth.
On the other hand, they have contributed to environmental degradation, which has become a threat to human health and the environment. The study found that the use of science and technology and the adoption of participatory, activating the role of economic incentives, promoting modern trends in the economy through the adoption of the circular economy and the green economy, social and ethical responsibility, are key approaches that can continue to work on to improve the environmental performance of food industry enterprises.
