  مستخلص:

تدرس هذه الورقة التحولات الجذرية للتّعليم في ضوء “الحتمية التكنولوجية” باعتبار عبر ما تشكله من أساليب تدريس حديثة تبني فرصا أكثر فاعلية للتعلم. كما توضح الأسس البيداغوجية للتعليم الرقمي باعتبار ما تشكله من تفاعلات بين الوسائط المعتمدة وبين المتعلم. ولا تنظر هذه الورقة إلى التكنولوجيا باعتبارها أداة مسقطة على التّعليم بل بكونها عاملا أساسيّا يُعيد تشكيل بنية التّعليم وأساليبه، وهو ما يعزز بيئة تعليمية أكثر مرونة، تخصيصًا، وتفاعلًا، وتفتح المجال لنمط جديد من التّعليم يراعي قدرات واهتمامات المتعلم بشكل لم يكن متوفّرًا في التّعليم التّقليدي.

Abstract: This paper examines the radical transformations in education in light of technological determinism, highlighting the modern teaching methods it enables that create more effective learning opportunities. It also outlines the pedagogical foundations of digital education, focusing on the interactions between the media used and the learner. Rather than viewing technology as an external tool imposed on education, this study treats it as a core factor that reshapes the structure and methods of education—thereby fostering a more flexible, customized, and interactive learning environment. This shift opens the way for a new educational model tailored to each student’s abilities and interests of students, a shift not achievable in traditional education models.
