مستخلص :
كانت ولازالت وستظل المضافات الغذائية محط اهتمام وجدل مستمر في الوسط الاقتصادي بالدرجة الأولى ليليه الجانب التشريعي والأكاديمي لتفعيل الجهات الرقابية والتنفيذية لضبطها وفق معايير محلية وحتى دولية للتقليل من التأثيرات السلبية على صحة المستهلك من جهة والتشجيع على الصناعة الغذائية البيو من جهة أخرى.
لقد أصبحت الصناعة الغذائية يرتكز اعتمادها على تلك المضافات الغذائية بدرجة كبيرة، بحيث أصبح يصعب الاستغناء عنها، بل بدونها لا وجود لتصنيع غذائي، مما يجعل جهل المتدخل بها قد يؤدي إلى سوء استعمالها في مختلف الأغذية الموجهة للاستهلاك البشري، لذلك أصبح من الضروري إيجاد آليات رقابية وقائية لحماية المستهلك من خطر تلك المضافات الغذائية.

Abstract:
The food additives still getting a central importance and argue in the economic environment as priority, then followed by the legislative and academic side to activate the control and executive authorities to regulate it with local and even international standards, in the aim to decrease the negative effects to consumer’s health and in the other hand encourage the nutritional industry.
The nutritional industry is based on that food additives which may be threated the human consumer if it is misused, for this reason it is compulsory to find alternative preventive and control methods to protect the consumer from the danger of these food additives.
