مستخلص:لقد كان التعليم من بين الميادين التي تستفيد من كل جديد في مجال التكنولوجية ووسائل التواصل الحديثة، لهذا ما فتئ أن دمج التعلم عن بعد منذ البدايات الأولى لظهوره، غير أنه في المغرب، وفي بلدان أخرى مماثلة، لم يعرف هذا النمط من التدريس إلا في ظروف خاصة، حتمتها الوضعية الاجتماعية والأمنية والصحية للبلاد. ففي المغرب تم إدماجه فعليا مع الحجر الصحي الذي فرضه فيروس كورنا المستجد. إلا أن سرعة تنزيل هذه العملية عرفت تعثرات عديدة، على حساب الجودة، والمهارات الأساسية التي حددتها المقاربة بالكفايات، والتي لا غنى عنها من أجل إعداد متعلمين بمواصفات النمو السليم والمتكامل.

Education has always been one of the fields that benefit from advancements in technology and modern communication tools. Consequently, distance learning was integrated from its early stages. However, in Morocco and similar countries, this mode of teaching was only adopted under exceptional circumstances dictated by the country’s social, security, and health conditions. In Morocco, it was effectively introduced during the lockdown imposed by the outbreak of COVID-19. Nevertheless, the rapid implementation of this process encountered numerous challenges, impacting both the quality of education and the fundamental skills outlined by the competency-based approach, which are essential for fostering learners’ holistic and balanced development.
