مستخلص:هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد تعريف شاملٍ لمسألة اختلاف النحوي في المسألة النحوية الواحدة، والوقوف على أسباب اختلاف النحوي في المسألة النحوية الواحدة، وتحديد أسس الحكم الصحيح على النحوي إذا جاء عنه رأيان أو أكثر مختلفين، وقد تم تطبيق المنهج التاريخي؛ لأنه المنهج الذي يجيب عن أسئلة الدراسة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعةٍ من النتائج من أهمها: احتلال ظاهرة اختلاف رأي النحوي في المسألة النحوية الواحدة مكانةً كبيرةً في كتب كبار النحويين، وأن أصل هذه الظاهرة الفقهاء؛ إذ أخذ النحويون هذا المصطلح عنهم، وتم تحديدُ أسس إصدار الحكم بصحة الرأي النحوي في المسائل النحوية التي يختلفُ فيها النحويُّ نفسه، مثل الأخذ بالرأي المعلَّل، والأخذ بالرأي المتأخر زمانيًّا. وتوصي هذه الدراسة بتطبيق المنهج الذي تم التوصل إليه من خلال هذا البحث على مصنفات النحويين القدماء.

This study aimed to identify a comprehensive definition of the issue of grammatical difference in the same grammatical issue, and to identify the reasons for the difference in grammar in the same grammatical issue, and to determine the foundations of the correct judgment on the grammar if two or more different opinions came from it, and the historical approach has been applied, because it is the approach that answers the questions of the study.
The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The phenomenon of different grammar opinion in the same grammatical issue occupied a large place in the books of senior grammarians, and that the origin of this phenomenon jurists, as grammarians took this term about them, and the foundations of issuing judgment were determined by the validity of the grammatical opinion in grammatical issues in which the grammarian himself differs, such as: the introduction of reasoned opinion, and the introduction of the late opinion in time.
This study recommends applying the method reached through this research to the works of ancient grammarians.
