This article provides an analytical reading of Dr. Hanoun Mubarak’s books, “Lessons in Semiotics” and “On Ancient Arabic Semiotics,” highlighting his scientific project that integrates phonology and semiotics within a comprehensive vision that bridges heritage and modernity. The study explores how Dr. Mubarak developed semiotic studies by uncovering their deep-rooted foundations in Arabic intellectual history while analyzing methodological, terminological, and translational aspects in his works. The article also examines his innovative perspective, which extends beyond academic research to a reinterpretation of Arab scientific heritage through a contemporary lens, showcasing his pioneering contributions to linguistics and semiotics.
