مستخلص:هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة دور التكوين البيداغوجي عن بعد في تحقيق جودة الحياة النفسية لدى الأساتذة حديثي التوظيف من دفعة 2023/2024 بالمركز الجامعي سي الحواس بريكة وقدر عددهم بـ 80 أستاذ موزعين على عدت تخصصات وقد تم تطوير استبيان الكتروني تماشيا مع أهداف الدراسة ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة المتوصل إليها أن هناك علاقة دالة احصائيا بين التكوين البيداغوجي عن بعد وتحقيق جودة الصحة النفسية لدى الأساتذة و وانتهت الدراسـة إلى مجموعـة من المقترحات، منهـا إعطـاء أهمية بالغة للتكوين عن بعد لما له من أهمية في اختصار الوقت والجهد وتوفير القسط الوافر من راحة الأستاذ المتكون لتحويل هذه الراحة للبحث العلمي وبالتالي تحقيق الراحة النفسية التي تعتبر كأساس للتخطيط للأداء الفعال.

This study aimed to determine the role of distance pedagogical training in achieving psychological quality of life among newly employed professors from the class of 2023/2024 at the University Center of Si El Hawas, Brika, and their number was estimated at 80 professors distributed across several specializations. An electronic questionnaire was developed in line with the objectives of the study. One of the most important results of the study reached is that there is a statistically significant relationship between distance pedagogical training and achieving quality mental health among professors. The study concluded with a set of proposals Including giving great importance to distance training because of its importance in shortening time and effort and providing a generous portion of the rest of the teacher formed to transform this rest into scientific research and thus achieve psychological comfort, which is considered a basis for planning effective performance.
