مستخلص:جاء اهتمامنا بالمتكلّم وسماته التّمييزيّة وكفاءاته المختلفة منشدًّا إلى مفهوم المعنى وقضاياه وما يطرحه من إشكالات جديرة بالعناية والتّنقيب، ومواكبا للدّرس اللّغويّ عموما، حيث قورب ضمن مقاربات مختلفة منها ما يعود إلى المقاربة النّقديّة التي تشتغل على نقد الأدب بشقّيه النّظميّ والنّثريّ وكيف ينبني هذان النّصّان المهمّان في الثّقافة العربيّة، ومنها ما يعود إلى المقاربة البلاغيّة النّحويّة التي تربط بناء الخطاب بالمتكلّم الخطيب وآلة بيانه وبكلّ ما هو نحويّ نسقيّ قوامه التّركيب والنَّظم بالآساس.
وبما أنّ النّحو والبلاغة هما الحقل المعرفيّ لهذه الورقة البحثيّة، فإنّنا نرى أنّ المتكلّم لا يعتبر مجرّد ناطق للأصوات والألفاظ والوحدات اللّغويّة التّركيبيّة التي فكّر فيها ووضعها خدمة لبناء خطابه فقط، بل هو أيضا الحيثيّات المحيطة والسّياق العامّ والوعاء الكبير الذي يتنزّل فيه مفهوم النّظام اللّغويّ المعرفيّ. فهو ليس طرفا مقابلا لمتلقّي الخطاب فحسب، ولكنّه أيضا جهة رسميّة ودعامة ثابتة في بناء المعنى الذي يجب أن يكون منسجما ومتلائما مع كفاءات المتلقّي، بل هو صانع الخطاب، حتى قيل فيه هو الصّائغ والحائك والباني للوحدات التّلفّظيّة، والمنجز باللّغة لأعمال لغويّة.
وتبعا لذلك نسعى إلى إفراده بهذا البحث الهادف إلى تبيان مختلف الجوانب الفكريّة والموسوعيّة والمنطقيّة واللّغوية التي تميّزه وتساعده في عمليّة بناء الخطاب وتبليغ المقاصد المناسبة.

Our interest in the speaker, his distinguishing features, and his various competencies came in search of the concept of meaning and its issues and the problems it poses and that deserve attention, study, and exploration, and in keeping with the linguistic lesson in general, as it was approached within various approaches, including what goes back to the critical approach that works on criticizing literature in its grammatical and prose parts, and how these two important texts are structured in arab culture, among them is what goes back to the rhetorical and grammatical approach that links the structure of the discourse to the speaker and his eloquent device and to everything that is grammatical and systematic, the basis of which is structure and systems.
Since grammar and rhetoric are the cognitive field of this research paper, we see that the speaker is not only considered a speaker of the sounds, words, and structural linguistic units that he thought about and placed in the service of constructing his speech, but rather he is also the surrounding facts, the general context, and the large vessel in which the concept of the cognitive linguistic system descends. He is not only a counterpart to the recipient of the letter, but it is also an official body and a fixed pillar in the construction of meaning, which must be consistent and compatible with the competencies of the recipient. Rather, he is the maker of discourse, to the extent that he is said that it is the goldsmith, the weaver, the builder of verbal units, and the performer of linguistic tasks in the language.
Accordingly, we seek to single him out in this research aimed at clarifying the various intellectual, encyclopedic, logical and linguistic aspects that distinguish him and help him in the process of constructing discourse and communicating appropriate objectives.
