مستخلصيتناول المقال عملية “طوفان الأقصى” باعتبارها حدثا مفصليا في مسار الصراع الفلسطيني–الصهيوني، تجاوز أثره البعد العسكري ليعيد تشكيل التوازنات السياسية والأمنية محليا وإقليميا ودوليا.
ويؤكد التحليل أن العملية لم تكن رد فعل آني، بل نتاج تراكم طويل لانتهاكات الاحتلال والحصار المفروض على غزة والتوسع الاستيطاني والانتهاكات المتكررة للمسجد الأقصى، فضلا عن مشاريع سياسية وأمنية كـ”صفقة القرن” واتفاقات التطبيع التي رأت فيها المقاومة تهديدا وجوديا.
يبرز المقال أهم البواعث المباشرة للعملية، ومنها تصاعد الانتهاكات في الأقصى، والسياسات العنصرية في الضفة، والحصار الممنهج على غزة، ومعاناة الأسرى، والتوسع الاستيطاني، إلى جانب المشاريع الإقليمية والدولية التي تهدف إلى إعادة ترتيب المنطقة على نحو يقوض الحقوق الفلسطينية. كما يستعرض تداعياتها على المستويات الثلاثة، حيث انكشفت هشاشة العقيدة الأمنية الصهيونية وتراجعت شعبية الحكومة وتفاقمت الخسائر الاقتصادية، فيما استعادت القضية الفلسطينية موقعها في المشهد الدولي. إقليميا، عززت العملية التنسيق بين فصائل المقاومة ومحور المقاومة، وفتحت جبهات موازية وسط استمرار ضعف الموقف العربي الرسمي. دوليا، أسهمت في تحويل بوصلة الاهتمام من أوكرانيا إلى الشرق الأوسط، وأتاحت فرصا لقوى كبرى مثل روسيا والصين لتعزيز حضورها، وسط اضطرابات اقتصادية عالمية أبرزها ارتفاع أسعار الطاقة وتكاليف الشحن.
ويخصص المقال حيزا لمشروعية المقاومة الفلسطينية، من منظور قانوني يستند إلى مبادئ القانون الدولي وقرارات الأمم المتحدة، ومن منظور سياسي يربطها بالسياقات المحلية والإقليمية والدولية، مع الإشارة إلى تحديات الانقسام وضعف المأسسة. ويخلص إلى أن “طوفان الأقصى” يمثل نقطة تحول كبرى أعادت تعريف موازين القوة وفرضت نفسها كعامل حاسم في رسم مستقبل المنطقة في ظل غياب أفق تسوية عادلة.

Abstract
This article examines the “Al-Aqsa Flood” operation as a pivotal event in the trajectory of the Palestinian– Sioniste conflict, whose impact extended beyond the military dimension to reshape political and security balances at local, regional, and international levels. The analysis emphasizes that the operation was not a spontaneous reaction but the outcome of a long accumulation of occupation violations, the blockade imposed on Gaza, settlement expansion, repeated incursions into Al-Aqsa Mosque, and political-security projects such as the “Deal of the Century” and normalization agreements, which the resistance viewed as an existential threat.
The article highlights the main direct drivers of the operation, including escalating violations in Al-Aqsa, discriminatory policies in the West Bank, the systematic blockade of Gaza, the suffering of Palestinian prisoners, and settlement expansion, alongside regional and international projects aimed at restructuring the region in ways that undermine Palestinian rights. It also reviews its multi-level repercussions: exposing the fragility of Israel’s security doctrine, eroding government popularity, and aggravating economic losses, while restoring the Palestinian cause to the forefront of international discourse. Regionally, the operation reinforced coordination between Palestinian factions and the “Axis of Resistance,” opening parallel fronts amid the continued weakness of the official Arab stance. Internationally, it shifted global attention from Ukraine to the Middle East and created opportunities for major powers such as Russia and China to expand their influence, amid global economic disruptions marked by rising energy and shipping costs.
The article devotes significant space to the legitimacy of Palestinian resistance, from a legal perspective rooted in international law and UN resolutions, and a political perspective linking it to local, regional, and international contexts, while noting challenges of division and weak institutionalization. It concludes that the “Al-Aqsa Flood” constitutes a major turning point that redefined power dynamics and asserted itself as a decisive factor in shaping the region’s future amid the absence of any prospects for a just political settlement.
