مستخلص:يتناول هذا البحث المعوقات التي تواجه الإدارة المدرسية في تفعيل استراتيجيات التدريس الحديثة داخل المؤسسات التعليمية، حيث يعد تطبيق هذه الاستراتيجيات ضرورة لتطوير العملية التعليمية وتحقيق جودة التعلم، يسلط الضوء على التحديات الإدارية والفنية والمالية ونقص التدريب وضعف الإمكانيات التقنية، ومقاومة التغيير من بعض المعلمين. كما يقدم البحث تصورا مقترحا لمعالجم هذه المعوقات من خلال تعزيز برامج التنمية المهنية، وتوفير الدعم الفني والمالي واللوجستي، وتفعيل دور القيادة المدرسية في تبني ثقافي التغيير والتطوير المستمر. كما يقدم البحث حلول واقعية تمكن الإدارات المدرسية من تجاوز العقبات ونحقيق بيئة تعلمية فعالة ومتطورة.

This study addresses the obstacles facing school administration in activating modern teaching strategies within educational institutions. The implementation of such strategies is considered essential for developing the educational process and achieving quality learning. The research highlights various challenges, including administrative, technical, and financial difficulties, lack of training, limited technological resources, and resistance to change among some teachers. Furthermore, it proposes a framework to overcome these obstacles by enhancing professional development programs, providing technical, financial, and logistical support, and empowering school leadership to adopt a culture of change and continuous improvement. The study also presents practical solutions that enable school administrations to overcome challenges and create an effective and advanced learning environment.
