مستخلص:تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إثبات أن تداعيات حرب الإبادة في السابع من أكتوبر عام 2023 على التعليم العالي في قطاع غزة هي “إبادة تعليمية”، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج النوعي بالاستناد إلى نظريات الإبادة التعليمة وتحديداً نظرية العنف البنيوي، إضافة للاستناد إلى التقارير الدولية والإحصاءات الرسمية حول قطاع التعليم العالي في قطاع غزة. ومن أهم ما توصلت له الدراسة أن ما يتعرض له مؤسسات التعليم العالي في قطاع غزة خلال حرب الإبادة هي إبادة تعليمية. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن حرب الإبادة على التعليم العالي في قطاع عزة كان لها تداعيات سلبية أهمها أنه تم قصف وتدمير جميع الجامعات في قطاع غزة، إما تدمير كامل أو تدمير بشكل جزئي وقد تم ذلك عبر مراحل. ما يجعل استئناف الدراسة فيها أمراً صعباً للغاية بسبب تدمير البنية التحتية للجامعات. وبذلك يكون قد تم إثبات تدمير البنية التحتية لمؤسسات التعليم العالي بشكل ممنهج من أعمال الإبادة الجماعية.

This study aims to prove that the Genocidal War that took place on the 7th of October, 2023, has negative repercussions on higher education in Gaza Strip described as Genocide. In order to achieve this aim, a qualitative approach was adopted, with the theories of educational genocide, specifically structural violence theory. In addition, the study depended on international reports and official statistics about the higher education sector in the Gaza Strip. The study concluded that the war of extermination on the education sector in the Gaza Strip described as Genocide. The study also concluded that the Genocidal War on higher education in the Gaza Strip has negative repercussions, including the bombing and destruction of all universities in Gaza Strip, either completely or partially through stages. This has made resuming studies extremely difficult due to the destruction of the universities’ infrastructure. Thus, the systematic destruction of the infrastructure of higher education institutions was proved as an act of genocide.
