مستخلص:لا شك أن الصياغة القانونية هي اللسان الناطق بجوهر النص القانوني، وبقدر نجاح هذه الصياغة أو فشلها، فإن فرصة نجاح هذا النص التشريعي تتوقف على مدى نجاح صياغته القانونية الجيدة. لذلك، تحرص الدول في العصر الحديث على توفير مقومات الصياغة الجيدة لتشريعاتها المختلفة، إدراكًا منها لقيمة هذه الصياغة ودورها المتنامي في الارتقاء بمستوى تشريعاتها.
وقد أدركت المجتمعات الحديثة المتقدمة والنامية أن الصياغة التشريعية الجيدة جزءٌ أساسي من مقومات الإدارة الرشيدة، لما لها من خصائص وسمات ترفع من مستوى النصوص التشريعية التي تنظم المجتمع من جميع النواحي، اقتصاديًا واجتماعيًا وسياسيًا. لذلك، اخترنا هذا الموضوع، إذ تهدف الدراسة إلى توضيح أشكال الصياغة القانونية، ثم نتطرق إلى توضيح متطلبات الصياغة القانونية ومكوناتها الأساسية، مع توضيح ضوابط الصياغة القانونية.

ABSTRACT:
There is no doubt that legal drafting is the tongue that speaks for the essence of the legal text, and to the extent of the success or failure of this drafting, the chance of success of this legislative text will depend on the success of its good legal drafting. Therefore, countries in the modern era are keen to provide the elements of good drafting for their various legislations, and in awareness of the value of this formulation and its growing role in raising the level of their legislation. Modern developed societies and those that are developing have realized that good legislative drafting is an essential part of the components of good administration, due to its characteristics, And features that raise the level of legislative texts that regulate society in all aspects, economically, socially and politically.
Therefore, we chose this topic, as the study aims to clarify the forms of legal drafting, and then we touch on clarifying the requirements of legal drafting and its basic components, while clarifying the legal drafting controls.
