مستخلص:تدور مسألة فعالية تشريعات الاستهلاك في ضمان سلامة المنتوجات الغذائية، من جهة، حول المقاربة التعاقدية التي ترتكز على دور الالتزامات المفروضة على المتدخل، و مساهمتها في الوقاية من أخطار المضافات الغذائية، كالالتزام بالإعلام و الالتزام بالمطابقة و الالتزام بالسلامة، و من جهة أخرى، حول المقاربة المؤسساتية التي تتمحّور أساسا على دور السلطات العمومية والمجتمع المدني في ضمان الأمن الغذائي للمستهلك.

The issue of the effectiveness of consumption legislation in ensuring the safety of food products, on the one hand, revolves around the contractual approach that is based on the role of the obligations imposed on the intervener, and its contribution to the prevention of the dangers of food additives, such as the obligation to inform, the obligation to conform and the obligation to security, and on the other hand, about The institutional approach that revolves mainly on the role of public authorities and civil society in ensuring food security for the consumer.
