تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على دور التكنولوجيا التعليمية من خلال التقنيات التعليمية والوسائل التكنولوجية في تخفيف عبء العمل على المعلمين وتحسين أدائهم ، وقد استخدمت الباحثة منهج دراسة الحالة بحيث طبقت الدراسة على عينة من أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي، و قد تمثلت أداة الدراسة في استبيان يقيس مدى مساهمة التقنيات التعليمية في تخفيف عبء العمل، و استبيان آخر يقيس مدى مساهمة التقنيات التعليمية في تحسين أداء المعلمين، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن لتقنيات التعليمية دور كبير في تخفيف عبء العمل على المعلمين وتحسين أدائهم.

The present study aims to investigate the role of technology – specifically instructional techniques and technological aids – in alleviating teacher workload and enhancing performance. The researcher employed a case study approach, applied to a sample of primary education teachers. The study instrument consisted of a questionnaire measuring the degree of contribution of instructional techniques to alleviating workload, and a second questionnaire measuring their contribution to improving teacher performance. The results concluded that instructional techniques play a significant role in alleviating teacher workload and enhancing teacher performance.
