مستخلص:تُعد روبوتات الذكاء الاصطناعي أحد الروافد الرئيسية للثورة الصناعية الرابعة أو ما تُعرف بالثــــــورة الرقمية كما تُعتبر من أهم وأبرز التقنيات الناتجة عن أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي، ومع اهتمام وحرص مُختلف المؤسسات والقطاعات المحليّة والعالميّة على توظيف هذا العقل الاصطناعي ضمن مهامها وتعاملاتها؛ نظراً لقدرتِها المُتقدّمة على مُحاكاة العقل البشري؛ وعليه اقتضت هذه الورقة البحثية حول تحديد مفهوم الشخصيّة القانونية لروبوتات الذكاء الاصطناعي ومسؤوليتها وعن مـــــدى تناسُب الأنظمة التشريعية معها، بما يُسهم في إثراء النقاش الأكاديمي حول مُستقبل العلاقة بين القانون والتقنية.

Al robots are one of the main drivers of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, also known as the Digital Revolution. They are among the most significant and prominent technologies resulting from AI systems. With various local and global institutions and sectors keen on integrating this artificial intelligence into their tasks and operations due to its ability to simulate human cognition, this research paper seeks to define the concept of the legal personality of AI robots and examine the extent to which legislative systems are compatible with them. This, in turn, contributes to enriching the academic debate on the future relationship between law and technology.
