مستخلص:تتمحور هذه الورقة البحثية في دراسة الجدلية القائمة بين الهيئات الدولية المتخصصة والمتمثلة في المنظمة العالمية الأغذية والزراعة والمنظمة العالمية للصحة، فمن جهة، تسعى الأولى من خلال اجهزتها وسياساتها إلى تحقيق هدف الوصول إلى الغذاء الكافي والشامل بالاعتماد على التكنولوجيا الحيوية أو ما يسمى تقنية التعديل الوراثي، وتوظيف مستحدثات علم الوراثة وتطبيقه على أرض الواقع لتحقيق الهدف، ومن جهة أخرى تسعى المنظمة العالمية للصحة ضمان الصحة للمجتمع الدولي، والتي بدورها أثارت موضوع تأثير التعديل الوراثي للغذاء على صحة الانسان وخطورة الصناعات الغذائية على الامن الصحي نتيجة للمخاطر التي تترتب على هذين النمطين الغذائيين واحتوائهما على مخاطر لا يمكن تجاهلها، ذلك أنها تصيب الانسان والحيوان والبيئة الطبيعية، وأمام هذا الجدل تحاول هاتين المنظمتين الوصول إلى صيغة مشتركة لتجسيد هدف مشترك يتمثل في الغذاء الآمن والمستدام، وهذا بناءً على ما توصلت اليه هاتين المنظمتين في الوثائق المشار اليها في هذه الورقة البحثية والتي تعتبر ملخص لما ورد في محتوى تلك الوثائق.

This paper focuses on the study of the controversy between the specialized international bodies represented by the World Food and Agriculture Organization and the World Health Organization. On the one hand، the former seeks، through its agencies and policies، to achieve the goal of access to adequate and complete food by relying on biotechnology through the use of genetic modification technology and the use of innovations Genetics and its application in the field to provide adequate nutrition، and on the other hand، the World Health Organization seeks to ensure global health، which has in turn raised the question the impact of genetic modification of foods on human health and the danger of the agri-food industries on health safety due to the risks arising from these two dietary patterns and their containment of risks that cannot be ignored as long as they affect people، animals and the natural environment، and in the face of this controversy، these two organizations are trying to find a common formula to embody a common objective of safe and sustainable food. This is based on the findings of these two organizations in the documents referred to in this research paper، which is a Abstract of what is stated in the content of these documents.
