مستخلص:إنّ التغيير الذي مس العادات و الأنماط الاستهلاكية الغذائية حاليا، عقبه تطور أنواع المواد الغذائية المستهلكة إذ أصبحت السوق الاستهلاكية تشهد تدفق مذهلا في هذه المواد الهدف منه التسويق والربح. هذا ما جعل خبراء الصحة والتغذية يدقون ناقوس الخطر وينادون بضرورة ضمان أمن وسلامة الغذاء حماية لصحة المستهلك بعيدا عن كل الاعتبارات الربحية، هذا ما دفع بنشوء وإدراج مبدأ سلامة المنتوجات ضمن مختلف التشريعات والذي نتج عنه فرض مجموعة من الالتزامات على عاتق المتدخل تحقيقا لمبدأ السلامة الغذائية.

The change That affected the habits and patterns of Food consumption today was consequence of the development of the types of food items consumed as the consumer market is witnessing a slow flow of these materials aimed at marketing and profit. This is what made health experts call for the need to ensure food safety and security to protect the health of the consumer away for all profitability considerations this is what prompted the emergence and inclusion of product safety with in the various legislations which resulted in the imposition of set of obligations on the intervener in order to achieve the principal of food safety.
