مستخلص:لقد أدَّى التطور الذي شهدته معظم دول العالم وزيادة عدد السكان، وارتفاع مستوى المعيشة، والموقع الجغرافي للكثير من الدول مع شُحّ مصادر المياه فيها إلى ارتفاع ملحوظ في الطلب على المياه، وقد تناولت في هذه المداخلة تعريف المياه وطرق تطهيرها سواء الطرق التقليدية أو الطرق الحديثة والعصرية، مع التركيز على طرق المعالجة الحديثة للمياه الملوثة، وأدرجت بيانا للحكم الشرعي فيها من جانب الاستغلال والاستعمال، كما تطرقت لمسألة استعمال هذه المياه المطهرة في الزراعة واستدامة الغذاء مشيرا إلى عدة نقاط أهمها استعمال هذه المياه المعالجة في سقي الحيوانات وري المحاصيل الزراعية طارحا إشكالية مفادها: هل لتطهير المياه فائدة في استدامة الغذاء وتحقيق الأمن الغذائي؟ وهل تنقية مياه المجاري والصرف الصحي تحقق فائدة عند استغلالها في مجال الزراعة بعد تطهيرها؟

The development witnessed by most countries of the world, the increase in the population, the rise in the standard of living, and the geographical location of many countries with the scarcity of water sources in them have led to a noticeable rise in the demand for water. And modernity, with a focus on modern treatment methods for polluted water, and included a statement of the legal ruling in them from the aspect of exploitation and use, and also addressed the issue of the use of this purified water in agriculture and food sustainability, pointing to several points, the most important of which is the use of this treated water for watering animals and irrigating agricultural crops, raising the problem that Is water disinfection beneficial to food sustainability and food security? Does the purification of sewage and sewage water achieve benefit when it is used in the field of agriculture after its purification?
