مستخلص:إن الغذاء المستدام هو قدرة المجتمع على توفير الاحتياجات الأساسية من الغذاء لمواطنيه، وضمان حد أدنى منى تلك الاحتياجات بانتظام، بإنتاج الغذاء محليا، واستيراد ما يلزم لسد النقص في الإنتاج المحلي، والزراعة المستدامة لها دور هام في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي المستدام، فهي ضمان توفـير المواد الغذائية الأساسية للأجيال الحالية و المستقبلية، وتوفر فرص عمل في الـقـطاع الزراعي وتساهم في الدخل الفردي و تحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي للمجتمع.
للغذاء المستدام والزراعة المستدامة عراقيل عديدة، من بينها نقص الموارد المائية وحرائق الغابات، لذلك تطرقنا للجهـود المبذولة دوليا لحل أزمة الغذاء كجهـود منظمة الأغذية والزراعة (F.A.W)، المنظمة العربية للتنمية الزراعية (A.O.A.D) وكذلك أشرنا للجهود المحلية في تحقيق الغذاء المستدام، واقترحنا حلولا للعراقيل التي تواجه التنمية المستدامة في مجال الغذاء والزراعة في الجزائر.

Abstract:
Sustainable food is the ability of society to provide the basic needs of food for its citizens, and to ensure a minimum level of those needs regularly, by producing food locally, and importing what is necessary to fill the shortage in local production, and sustainable agriculture has an important role in achieving sustainable food security, as it ensures the provision of materials It provides basic food for current and future generations, provides job opportunities in the agricultural sector, contributes to individual income and achieves self-sufficiency for the community.
Sustainable food and sustainable agriculture have many obstacles, including the lack of water resources and forest fires. Therefore, we discussed the efforts made internationally to solve the food crisis, such as the efforts of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAW), the Arab Organization for Agricultural Development (AOAD), and we also referred to local efforts to achieve sustainable food. And we proposed solutions to the obstacles facing sustainable development in the field of food and agriculture in Algeria.
