مستخلص:تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مشكلة الغذاء المستدام التي تعد من أهم المواضيع التي تشغل اهتمام أغلب الاقتصاديين، كما تعد من أهم المشاكل التي تواجه معظم دول العالم في الوقت الحاضر، وخاصةً الدول النامية ومنها الجزائر التي تعاني من عجز غذائي وانخفاض دخول أفرادها، وقد أصبحت هذه الدول مستوردة لمعظم المواد الغذائية، هذا ما انعكس على زيادة الواردات بمعدلات سريعة، وقد انعكس ذلك على عملية التنمية الاقتصادية بشكل سلبي خاصةً في ظل استعمال الغذاء كورقة ضغط سياسية تستعملها الدول المتقدمة على الدول النامية.

Abstract:
This Study aims to shed light on the problem of sustainable food, which is one of the most important topics of concern to most economists, and is one of the most important problems facing most countries of the world at the present time, especially developing countries, including Algeria, which suffers from a food deficit and low incomes of its members. These countries have become importers of most foodstuffs. This is reflected in the rapid increase in imports. This has negatively affected the economic development process, especially in light of the use of food as a political pressure card that developed countries use against developing countries.
