مستخلص:هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تداعيات الحرب الصهيونية على قطاع التعليم العالي في غزة خلال بعد السابع من أكتوبر 2023، حتى إعداد هذه الدراسة، والتعرف على تداعيات هذه الحرب على كلاً من الكوادر الأكاديمية والإدارية، والطلبة، والبنية التحية لمؤسسات التعليم العالي، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج النوعي وذلك من خلال اجراء عدد من المقابلات مع أعضاء هيئة تدريسية وإداريين في الجامعات الفلسطينية في قطاع غزة وعددهم (10)، وتحليل التقارير الرسمية وأوراق البحثية، والأدبيات السابقة، وذلك لفهم أعمق للآثار الناتجة عن هذه الإبادة التعليمية على المدى البعيد.
تكشف نتائج الدراسة أن ما يحدث في قطاع غزة هو إبادة تعليمية ممنهجة وذلك باستهداف الكوادر الأكاديمية المميزة وأصحاب التخصصات النادرة، والإداريين العاملين في مؤسسات التعليم العالي، وكذلك الطلبة، وإبادة ممنهجة للبنية التحتية للمؤسسات التعليم العالي إبادة للمباني وللمختبرات العلمية، وحرق وقصف المكتبات العلمية التي تحتوي على آلاف الكتب القيمة، وكذلك قصف الملاعب وتدمير المتاحف، وتدمير المسارح، وهذا يؤثر على الأجيال القادمة
هناك حاجة ماسة للتدخل الدولي وممارسة جهد فاعل لإيقاف هذه الإبادة الجماعية ومنع تكرارها، وحماية التعليم العالي ومؤسساته، وبما يضمن توفير البيئة المناسبة والإمكانيات الضرورية لتنفيذ الحق في التعليم كحق أساسي للشعب الفلسطيني في قطاع غزة. وتوفير دعم شامل لإعادة بناء ما تم تدميره وحرقه، ومحاسبة المسؤولين عن هذه الإبادة بحق قطاع غزة، ومؤسساته التعليمية وتقديمهم للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية ولمحكمة العدل الدولية. وتصميم وتنفيذ برامج تعلم مستمر في قطاع غزة تستهدف الطلبة لتعزيز قدراتهم للتعامل مع الواقع المؤلم.

This study aimed to identify the repercussions of the Zionist War on higher education in the Gaza Strip during the war that began on October 7, 2023, until the preparation of this study, and to identify the repercussions of this war on both academic and administrative cadres, students, and the infrastructure of higher education institutions. The researcher used the qualitative approach by conducting a number of interviews with (10) faculty and administrative members in Palestinian universities in the Gaza Strip, and analyzing official reports, research papers, and previous literature, in order to gain a deeper understanding of the effects resulting from this educational extermination in the long term. The study results reveal that what is happening in the Gaza Strip constitutes a systematic educational genocide targeting distinguished academic cadres, those with rare specializations, administrators working in higher education institutions, and students.
The systematic destruction of the infrastructure of higher education institutions involves the destruction of buildings and scientific laboratories, the burning and bombing of scientific libraries containing thousands of valuable books, the bombing of stadiums, the destruction of museums, and the demolition of theaters. This impacts future generations.
There is an urgent need for international intervention and effective efforts to stop this genocide and prevent its recurrence. It is also necessary to protect higher education and its institutions, ensuring the appropriate environment and necessary capabilities to implement the right to education as a fundamental right of the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip. Comprehensive support must be provided to rebuild what was destroyed and burned, and those responsible for this genocide against the Gaza Strip and its educational institutions must be held accountable and brought before the International Criminal Court and the International Court of Justice. Continuing education programs must be designed and implemented in the Gaza Strip targeting students to enhance their ability to cope with this painful reality.
