مستخلص:
إن الديمقراطية ضرورة حيوية تهم مختلف أفراد ومكونات المجتمع والنساء يشكلن نصف المجتمع. وبدون إشراك والمشاركة الفعلية لنصف المجتمع لا يمكن أن نحقق ديمقراطية مكتملة، حقيقية وفعالة، إن القرار السياسي والسياسة التي تتبناها الدولة هي في الأساس مجموع من النقاشات والمحطات والتمظهرات المجتمعية والتي يجب أن يشرك فيها مجموع المواطنين والمواطنات ويبدون رأيهم ورأيهن على قدم المساواة عبر المشاركة السياسية وعبر تأثيرهم وتأثيرهن على السياسات العمومية وبالتالي على جودة حياتهم اليومية وعلى تلبية حاجياتهم الانية والمستقبلية.
تمحور تاريخ البشرية حول النضال من أجل الديمقراطية في جميع العصور وكان شعارا مرفوعا رمزا للتغير وللتطور وللكرامة والحرية الإنسانية وبتطور العصور تطور مفهوم الديمقراطية وتعددت أشكالها وتجلياتها،
ومن أبرز أشكال الديمقراطية، المشاركة السياسية للنساء سواء عبر التصويت أو عبر التعبئة المجتمعية أو عبر التمثيلية السياسية في مناصب القرار والمسؤولية فكما سلفنا الذكر فبدون نساء لا يمكننا ان نتحدث عن الديمقراطية. لهذا فالدول تدأب لتعزيز المشاركة السياسية للنساء وتمكينهن من الولوج إلى مناصب القرار عبر المصادقة على الاتفاقيات الدولية وعبر ملائمة التشريعات الوطنية وكذلك عن طريق بلورة سياسات عمومية تصب في دمج وتعزيز التمثيلة السياسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية والقانونية للنساء.
Abstract
Democracy is a vital necessity that concerns all members and components of society, with women constituting half of the population. Without the active inclusion and participation of half the population, we cannot achieve a complete, genuine, and effective democracy. Political decision-making and the policies adopted by the state are essentially a collection of societal discussions, stages, and manifestations in which all citizens must participate and express their opinions equally through political participation, influencing public policies, and thereby affecting their daily quality of life and meeting their current and future needs.
The history of humanity has revolved around the struggle for democracy throughout all ages, symbolizing change, development, dignity, and human freedom. As times have progressed, the concept of democracy has evolved, and its forms and manifestations have multiplied. One of the most prominent forms of democracy is women’s political participation, whether through voting, community mobilization, or political representation in decision-making and leadership positions. As previously mentioned, without women, we cannot talk about democracy. Hence, countries strive to enhance women’s political participation and empower them to access decision-making positions by ratifying international agreements, aligning national legislations, and formulating public policies aimed at integrating and strengthening women’s political, social, economic, and legal representation.
