مستخلص:تُعد حماية حقوق الإنسان من أهم القضايا التي تهم المجتمع الدولي، حيث تسعى المنظمات الدولية والمؤسسات الوطنية إلى تعزيز هذه الحقوق وضمان احترامها وفقًا للمعايير القانونية الدولية. وقد شهد العالم تطورًا كبيرًا في الآليات والمؤسسات المعنية بحماية حقوق الإنسان، سواء على المستوى الدولي من خلال الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الإقليمية، أو على المستوى الوطني من خلال المؤسسات القضائية والمجتمعية. يتناول هذا البحث الدور الذي تلعبه هذه الهيئات في تعزيز حقوق الإنسان، مع تسليط الضوء على التحديات التي تواجهها في هذا المجال.
يهدف البحث إلى دراسة دور المنظمات الدولية، كالأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الإقليمية، في حماية حقوق الإنسان، وتحليل جهود المؤسسات الوطنية، الحكومية وغير الحكومية، وتقديم توصيات لتعزيز فعالية هذه الجهود على المستويين الدولي والوطني.
ويعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث يتم تحليل الوثائق القانونية والتقارير الدولية والوطنية المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان.

The protection of human rights is one of the most important issues of concern to the international community, as international organizations and national institutions seek to promote these rights and ensure their respect in accordance with international legal standards. The world has witnessed a great development in the mechanisms and institutions concerned with the protection of human rights, whether at the international level through the United Nations and regional organizations or at the national level through judicial and societal institutions. This research addresses the role that these bodies play in promoting human rights, while highlighting the challenges they face in this field.
The main problem of this research is the question: To what extent do international organizations and national institutions contribute to the promotion and protection of human rights, and what are the challenges that hinder their role? The importance of this research is highlighted in points including: highlighting international and national efforts to protect human rights, and highlighting the relationship between international laws and national legislation in promoting human rights.
The research aims to study the role of international organizations in protecting human rights, such as the United Nations and regional organizations, analyze the efforts of national institutions, including governmental bodies and non-governmental organizations, and provide recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of these efforts at the international and national levels.
The research relies on the descriptive analytical approach, where legal documents and international and national reports related to human rights are analyzed.
