مستخلص:هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على واقع القيم الأخلاقية وعلاقتها بالصحة النفسية عند استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في البحث العلمي لدى عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس، والكشف عن العلاقة الارتباطية بين القيم الأخلاقية.
وكذا دراسة مدى انتشار القيم الأخلاقية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس (عينة الدراسة) عند استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في البحث العلمي. وما يمتلكه أعضاء هيئة التدريس من مستوى مرتفع من الصحة النفسية عند استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في البحث العلمي.
– تكونت عيِّنة البحث من (101) عضوا وعضوة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات عنيزة الأهلية (هندسة – ودراسات).
– وقد قامت الباحثة بإعداد أدوات البحث من مقياس للقيم الأخلاقية، واستبانة استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي وآثارها على الصحة النفسية، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي.
وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القيم الأخلاقية والصحة النفسية عند استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في البحث العلمي لدى عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس.
– وبيَّنت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية نحو مستوى القيم الأخلاقية عند استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في البحث العلمي لدى عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس تُعزى إلى التخصص العلمي.
وقد خلصت الباحثة إلى عدد من التوصيات أبرزها: إجراء المزيد من الدراسات حول ظاهرة استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في البحث العلمي، وربطها بمتغيِّرات أخرى وتطبيقها على مجتمعات محلية أخرى حتى تكون النتائج قابلة للتعميم، وتطوير مقياس القيم الأخلاقية، وإصدار نسخ جديدة تقيس أبعادًا أخرى من الأخلاق.

Abstract:
The current research aimed to explore the reality of ethical values and their relationship to mental health when using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in scientific research among a sample of faculty members. It also sought to examine the correlation between ethical values and the extent to which these values are prevalent among faculty members (the study sample) when employing AI technologies in scientific research. Furthermore, the study investigated whether faculty members possess a high level of mental health while utilizing AI technologies in research. The research sample consisted of 101 male and female faculty members from Unaizah Private Colleges (Engineering and Studies departments). The researcher developed research tools, including a scale for ethical values and a questionnaire assessing the use of AI technologies and their impact on mental health.
The descriptive-correlational approach was adopted in the study. The results revealed a statistically significant positive correlation between ethical values and mental health when using AI technologies in scientific research among the sample of faculty members. Additionally, the findings indicated statistically significant differences in ethical values based on academic specialization when employing AI technologies in research.
The researcher concluded with several recommendations, most notably the need for further studies on the phenomenon of using AI technologies in scientific research, linking it to other variables, and applying it to different communities to ensure generalizability. The study also recommended developing the ethical values scale and creating new versions that measure additional dimensions of ethics.
