مستخلص:
تصنع الدول أمنها وتسخر إمكاناتها ومواردها لحمايته وضمان ديمومته، كونه يجسد اولوية متقدمة من الأولويات الاستراتيجية. ونتيجة لسمة التعقيد التي يتسم بها الامن وبسبب تطور مفاهيمه، اتسع نطاق إدراكه نحو مديات تجاوزت المجالات العسكرية نحو مجالات بمفهوم شامل متعدد الاوجه.
وبما ان الدول تضع مرتكزات امنها وتحدد اتجاهاته وتضبط حركة العناصر المكونة له والمؤثرة فيه بما يتلائم مع اهدافها وعقيدتها ومصالحها بالدرجة الاساس، فهي تتأثر بعوامل فاعلة تسهم في تحديد مسارات ادراكها الامني مما يمكنها من صياغة استراتيجياتها للمواجهة والتصدي.

Abstract:
States create their own security, harnessing their capabilities and resources to protect and ensure its sustainability, as it embodies a top strategic priority. As a result of the complexity of security and the evolution of its concepts, its scope has expanded beyond military domains to encompass a comprehensive, multifaceted concept.
As countries establish the foundations of their security, determine its directions, and control the movement of its constituent elements and those that influence it in a manner that is consistent with their goals, doctrine, and interests, they are influenced by effective factors that contribute to determining the paths of their security awareness, which enables them to formulate their strategies for confrontation and resistance.
