تضمنت هذه الورقة البحثية دراسة لواقع سياسات تحفيز الاستثمار المنتهجة في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2001-2020 ومدى انعكاسها على فرع الصناعة الغذائية الذي يعتبر قطاعا استراتيجيا تعول عليه الجزائر في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة و تحقيق الأمن الغذائي خاصة في ضل الارتفاع الشديد لأسعار الغذاء على مستوى العالم .

This research paper included a study of the reality of investment stimulus policies adopted in Algeria during the period 2001-2019 and the extent to which they reflect on the food industry, which is considered a strategic sector on which Algeria relies to achieving sustainable development and food security, especially in light of the high food prices worldwide.
