ليس الغرض من الدبلوماسية الحضارية نفي مختلف الدبلوماسيات، وليس الغرض منها تحكم حضارة واحدة في باقي الحضارات في العالم مثل الحضارة الغربية في واقع الحال، وإنما التركيز على أهمية المشترك بين مختلف الأمم؛ والحث على قيم الحوار والتسامح والتواصل بين مختلف الديانات والثقافات عبر العالم. خاصة وأن الحضارة الإسلامية لها تقاليد ثقافية عريقة وعظيمة تختلف تماما عن الغرب، والحوار والتقارب لن يتم إلا إذا اعترف الغرب بمبدأ تداول الحضارات، وأن يقر بأن الحضارة ليست حكرا له وآنذاك وبناء عليه ممكن تحقيق دبلوماسية حضارية.
لذا سوف نحاول في هذا البحث تحديد مفهوم الدبلوماسية الحضارية وتناول منطلقاتها وقضاياها باتباع منهج وصفي تحليلي لمحاولة تحليل الدبلوماسية الحضارية ومنطلقاتها من خلال التركيز على أهمية التنوع الحضاري في الحضاري والاعتراف المتبادل للحضارات من خلال اعتبار أن كل حضارة لها اعتبارها وقيمتها التي يجب احترامها وأن كل الحضارات بالنتيجة بما فيها من تنوع واختلافات عميقة وخصوصيات مميزة تعد جزءا من الإرث العام للبشرية وصولا إلى اعتبار أن ما يحتاجه العالم حضاريا اليوم هو الميثاق العالمي لحقوق الجماعات.

Abstract
The purpose of civilizational diplomacy is not to deny various diplomacy, nor is its purpose for one civilization to rule over the rest of the civilizations in the world, like Western civilization in reality, but rather to focus on the importance of what is common between various nations. And urging the values of dialogue, tolerance and communication between different religions and cultures across the world.
Especially since the Islamic civilization and the Chinese civilization both share ancient and great cultural traditions that are completely different from the West, and dialogue and rapprochement will not take place unless the West recognizes the principle of the exchange of civilizations, and acknowledges that civilization is not its monopoly, and then, based on this, it is possible to achieve civilizational diplomacy.
Therefore, in this research we will try to define the concept of civilizational diplomacy and address its principles and issues by following a descriptive analytical approach to try to analyze civilizational diplomacy and its principles by focusing on the importance of cultural diversity in civilization and the mutual recognition of civilizations by considering that every civilization has its own regard and value that must be respected and that all civilizations as a result With its diversity, profound differences, and distinctive characteristics, it is part of the general heritage of humanity, leading to the belief that what the world needs today as a civilization is the Global Charter on the Rights of Groups.
