مستخلص:تتناول الدراسة إشكالية مساهمة الجمعيات الخيرية ودورها في التنمية الاجتماعية، ولقد تم اختيار هذا الموضوع لتوضيح الأدوار المختلفة للمؤسسات الخيرية في العمل على تحقيق التنمية في المجال الصحي من خلال مقاربة سوسيولوجية لجمعية ‘تاج للصحة’ ببلدية قمار بولاية الوادي.
حيث وجدنا أن للجمعية أدوارا مختلفة تمس مجالات اجتماعية، تربوية، صحية، ثقافية، تكوينية وتدريبية، وهي كلها أعمال خيرية مكملة لبعضها، وتساهم في التنمية الاجتماعية للأفراد والمجتمعات.

Abstract:
This study addresses the issue of the contribution of charitable organizations and their role in social development. We chose this topic to elucidate the various roles that charitable institutions play in achieving development in the health sector through a sociological approach to a ’’Tej’’ Society Service in the municipally of Guemar, El Oued province.
We found that the association has various roles spanning social, educational, health, cultural, training, and developmental domains. These charitable activities complement each other and contribute to the social development of individuals and communities.
