مستخلص:
أدى الارتفاع الكبير في عدد سكان العالم إلى زيادة الطلب على الغذاء بشكل هائل ، والذي كان له آثار سلبية على البيئة جراء الممارسات الزراعية غير المستدامة، التي تؤدي إلى استنزاف التربة وتعريتها وتلويثها بالمبيدات والأسمدة، فضلا عن الاستغلال المفرط للموارد المائية و كذا آثار تغير المناخ، والتي تشكل تحديا يقوض جهود تحقيق الأمن الغذائي و القضاء على الجوع حول العالم.
وعليه، أصبح التحول نحو الزراعة المستدامة أمرا ملحا من أجل تحقيق الغذاء المستدام للأجيال الحاضرة والمستقبلية . تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التعريف بالغذاء المستدام والزراعة المستدامة، كما تسلط الضوء على أهم ممارسات الزراعة المستدامة من أجل تحقيق الغذاء المستدام، وكذا التحديات التي تحول دون تطبيق هاته الممارسات في الدول النامية والجزائر خاصة.

Abstract:
The large increase in the world’s population has led to a tremendous demand for food, which has affected negatively the environment due to unsustainable agricultural practices, resulted in soil depletion, erosion, pollution with pesticides and fertilizers, in addition to the excessive exploitation of water resources and effects of climate change as well, which have become a challenge that undermines the efforts to achieve food security and eradicate hunger around the world. Thus, shifting towards sustainable agriculture has become an urgent need in order to achieve sustainable food for current and future generations. .
This research paper aims to define sustainable food and sustainable agriculture, as well as shed light on the best sustainable agricultural practices in order to achieve food sustainability, in addition to the challenges that prevent implementing these practices in developing countries and Algeria in particular.
