مستخلص:
يعتبر مجال الصناعة الغذائية من أهم المجالات التي تساهم في تطور اقتصاديات الدول، لما لها من موقع متميز من خلال الرفع من معدل الدخل القومي، و امتصاص من نسبة البطالة و التقليص من عملية الاستيراد و جلب الاستثمار المحلي و الدولي، حيث تعتبر الصناعة الغذائية من القطاعات الحساسة نظرا للدور الفعال الذي تلعبه في سد متطلبات السكان من السلع و المواد الغذائية و بالأخص المواد الأساسية ذات الاستهلاك الواسع، حيث تلجأ الدول إلى تبني استراتيجية تنموية من أجل تطوير الإنتاج الزراعي و تقليص الفجوة الغذائية من أجل تحقيق الأمن الغذائي و القضاء على الفقر و المجاعة التي تعتبر هاجسا لدى دول العالم.
الكلمات المفتاحية: الصناعة، الغذاء، الأمن الغذائي، التنمية.Abstract: The food industry is one of the most important factors contributing to the development of countries’ economies, as it has a privileged position by raising the national income rate, it absorbed unemployment, reduced imports and attracted domestic and international investment, the foodindustry is a sensitive sector, given the effective role it plays in meeting the needs of the population for food goods and materials, particularly basic items of high consumption, countries are adopting a development strategy to develop agricultural production and reduce the food gapin order to achieve food security and eradicate the poverty and famine that are a concern of the nations of the world.
