مستخلص:تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة أهم معوّقات تنمية الصناعة الغذائية في الدولة الجزائرية، وذلك من أجل الوصول إلى اقتراح أفضل الحلول وأنجع السبل لتطوير هذه الصناعة والتخلص من العقبات التي تواجهها، نظرا لما تحمله من أهمية كبيرة على الصعيد الاستراتيجي والأمن الغذائي ومساهمته في الاكتفاء الذاتي لكثير من دول العالم.
كما تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز الملامح العامة للإشكالات الشرعية المتعلقة بالصناعة الغذائية، وأثرها على القضايا المتعلقة بالغذاء.

Abstract:
This research paper seeks to study the most important obstacles to the development of the food industry in the Algerian state, in order to propose the best solutions and the most effective ways to develop this industry and get rid of the obstacles it faces, given its great importance at the strategic level and food security and its contribution to self-sufficiency for many from countries of the world.
The study also aims to highlight the general features of legal problems related to the food industry, and their impact on issues related to food.
