مستخلص:تُعَدّ التربية من أجل التنمية المستدامة (ESD) أداةً رئيسية معترفًا بها عالميًا لتعزيز الأمن الإنساني، والمساواة بين الجنسين، والنمو الشامل (اليونسكو، 2017؛ الأمم المتحدة، 2015). تستكشف هذه الدراسة كيف يوظّف “جمعية سيدات ناعور” في الأردن مفهوم التربية من أجل التنمية المستدامة من خلال ورش العمل الصحية، وورش حقوق المرأة، والتدريب المهني بهدف تمكين النساء اقتصاديًا واجتماعيًا ونفسيًا. ومن خلال منهج نوعي، تقيم الدراسة كيفية تأثير هذه البرامج على تعزيز الأمن الإنساني للنساء والمساهمة في التنمية المجتمعية المستدامة.
تكشف الدراسة أن مبادرات الجمعية أدت إلى تحسين كبير في وعي النساء وثقتهن بأنفسهن وقدرتهن على الصمود الاقتصادي. كما تُقدَّم توصيات عملية لتوسيع نطاق هذه النجاحات، مما يبرز الدور التحويلي الذي تلعبه المنظمات القاعدية في تفعيل أهداف التنمية المستدامة العالمية على المستوى المحلي.

Abstract:
Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) is recognized globally as a key tool to promote human security, gender equality, and inclusive growth (UNESCO, 2017; United Nations, 2015). This study explores how the Naour Women’s Association (NWA), based in Naour, Jordan, utilizes ESD through health, Women’s rights, and vocational training workshops to empower women economically, socially, and psychologically. Using a qualitative approach, the research assesses how these programs enhance women’s human security and contribute to sustainable community development.
The aim of this study is to evaluate how these educational programs affect women’s economic empowerment and overall well-being, which, in turn, enhance their roles within the community, which leads to enhance their role within the larger context of sustainable development.
Additionally, this study examines how NWA’s educational programs increase women’s knowledge of their rights, health, and community involvement, and how these factors contribute to sustainable development. It will also evaluate the indirect impact of vocational training on sustainable development, assessing its efficacy in providing women with opportunity to work and financial independence. Furthermore, the study investigates how economic empowerment enhance women’s human security within their communities and personal life with their families, and how this, in turn, affects sustainable development indirectly. Finally, this study explores how Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) can support women’s long-term sustainable development in Naour.
