مستخلص:مع نمو تكنولوجيا المعلومات ينعكس تأثير التكنولوجيا الجديدة في كل المجالات تقريبًا، كما يكتسب التعليم أبعادًا جديدة مع التقدم الحاصل في قطاع تكنولوجيا المعلومات، في الوقت الحاضر لا يقتصر التعليم على الكتب والسبورة فقط بل يكتسب طريقة جديدة أي الوسائط الإلكترونية. وعلى الرغم من أن التعليم مع التعلم الإلكتروني له ظواهر أوسع إلا أنه لا زال في مرحلة التشكل، ومع ذلك أصبحت جودة التعليم مرهونة بجودة التعلم الإلكتروني، مما يجعل هذا الأخير أبرز المطالب التعليمية التي تسعى إلى تحقيق جودة التعلمات ومعاييرها، لا يمكن التعبير عن الجودة وتحديدها من خلال تعريف بسيط، لأن الجودة في حد ذاتها مفهوم مجرد، وبالتالي يجب أخذ السياق المحدد ووجهات نظر الفاعلين في الاعتبار عند تعريف الجودة في التعلم الإلكتروني، من الضروري أيضًا تصنيف المعايير الملائمة لمعالجة الجودة في التعلم الإلكتروني.

With the growth of information technology, the impact of new technology is reflected in almost all fields. Education is also acquiring new dimensions with the progress of the information technology sector. Nowadays, education is not limited to books and blackboards only, but it is acquiring a new method, namely electronic media.
Although education with e-learning has broader phenomena, it is still in the formation stage, however, the quality of education has become dependent on the quality of e-learning, which makes the latter the most prominent educational demands that seek to achieve the quality of learning and its standards.
Quality cannot be expressed and defined through a simple definition, because quality in itself is an abstract concept. Therefore, the specific context and the perspectives of the actors must be taken into account when defining quality in e-learning. It is also necessary to classify the appropriate criteria for addressing quality in e-learning.
