Towards Computerizing the Arabic language and Artificial Intelligence

ملخّص:نسعى من خلال هذا البحث إلى تأكيد ضرورة حوسبة اللغة العربية حتى ننخرط في الذكاء الاصطناعي وذلك باعتماد مسار نظريّ يبدأ مع النحو التوزيعيّ التحويليّ، ثمّ يمتدّ إلى جملة من النظريّات مثل نظريّة معجم-نحو ونظريّة أصناف الأشياء. وسوف نتّبع هذا المسار النظري الذي أكّد نجاعته في وصف اللغة وصفا مُشكلنا من أجل معالجتها معالجة آليّة. وقد اعتمدته جملة من مخابر البحث سبيلا لحلّ الكثير من الإشكالات بدءا بالمعاجم الإلكترونيّة وصولا إلى الترجمة الآليّة للّغة الفرنسيّة مثلا. وقد برزت في العَقدين الأخيرين محاولات جادّة من باحثين عرب من أجل معالجة اللّغة العربيّة معالجة آليّة. والغرض من هذه المحاولات إيجاد سُبُل نظريّة علميّة تمكّن خبراء البرمجيّات الحاسوبيّة من تطويع اللّغة العربيّة للذّكاء الاصطناعي.

The current research aims at stressing the necessity of computerizing Arabic language to get engaged in Artificial Intelligence through a theorical process which begins with Distributive Transformative Grammar then extends to a series of theories like the (Lexique-Grammaire) theory and the (Classes d’objets) theory. This theoretical process, which proved to be effective not only in describing language in a formalized way, but also in treating it automatically, was undertaken.
It has also been used by a lot of Lab researchers as a way to solve many issues starting with electronic dictionaries to translating French language for instance. Over the past two decades, many Arab researchers have attempted to apply an automatic treatment concerning Arabic language. Indeed, these attempts seek to find scientific theories that may enable computer programmers to adapt Arabic language to Artificial intelligence.
