ملخص
تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى بيان الأدوار التي تؤديها المدرسة في تنمية المجتمع، إذ يشكل موضوع التنمية المستدامة أحد الموضوعات المركزية التي تواجه المجتمعات المعاصرة، وما دامت التنمية المنشودة لا تحقق بالرفع من الدخل الفردي فقط، بل لا يمكن تحقيقها إلا عبر توفير تعليم جيد للجميع، مما يستدعي أن تكون كل البرامج والمخططات التنموية شاملة ومتكاملة تأخذ بعين الاعتبار كل ما هو ثقافي واقتصادي واجتماعي وسياسي، وتم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي.

Abstract:
This study seeks to clarify the roles played by the school in community development, as the issue of sustainable development constitutes one of the central topics facing contemporary societies, and as long as the desired development is not achieved by increasing individual income alone, but can only be achieved by providing quality education for all, which is necessary for all development programs and plans to be comprehensive and integrated, taking into account everything that is cultural, economic, social, and political. This study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach.
